Tales of an Ancient Empire features the kingdom of Abelar being attacked by treasure seekers. In response to this, Queen Ma'at, played by Jennifer Siebel Newsom, sends her half-sister Tanis, played by Melissa Ordway to find her father to save the kingdom. In the process she also runs into her half-brother Aedan, played by Kevin Sorbo and with him, both are going back to the kingdom to stop the invaders from causing any further problems.
