We are a small team of ionate, hard working entrepreneurs trying to change the way the world discovers and watches TV shows and movies. We employ an open working environment that promotes collaboration across all employees. We pride ourselves on using data to make intelligent decisions, moving fast while being diligent with our focus, and promoting both personal and professional growth.
We typically start the hiring process with a 30 minute intro phone call. Once initial interest is aligned for both parties, we will ask each recruit to come in office for a round of interviews with 2-3 different employees. From here, we give a small take home project that each recruit will present to our team once completed. If all things are a go at this point, we will extend an offer and complete our standard hiring diligence.
