The Hair Tales is a captivating and empowering series that celebrates the power and beauty of black hair. Produced by Hulu, this show is designed to showcase the journey of black women and their hair. The producers of the show have brought together three of the most talented black women of our time - Chloe Bailey, Issa Rae, and Marsai Martin - to host and narrate different episodes of the series. Each episode will have a new guest star who will share their personal hair journey and their relationship with their hair.

Viewers will get to see a very personal and candid side of the guest stars, as they open up about their childhood, relationships, and how their hair has shaped their identity. The show is intended to provide a platform for black women to express themselves and to pridefully share their hair journeys, from the challenges they faced to the euphoria they felt when their hair came together in a specific style.
