Now as the world faces a huge pandemic, Brad is sinking all of his time and money into his latest invention: a UVC robot that helps battle Covid by way of disinfecting surfaces. But between spending countless hours working and his struggle with PTSD from the war in Iraq, Brad risks his own mental health all in hopes of protecting the health of others. 10 year old Chelsea Phaire is on a mission to bring art into every child's life. As founder of Chelsea's Charity, she donates art kits to underprivileged kids in an effort to give them a creative outlet to express themselves. Since schools closed across the country, Chelsea is now working harder than ever to provide for children in quarantine so that they can have a means of escape during these stressful times. Pamela Douglass is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner offering free healthcare to the homeless youth of Las Vegas, NV. With more and more people now on the streets due to casinos shutting down, Pamela is seeing a huge increase in the amount of patients needing her help. As a result, she is going above and beyond her typical health care duties by scrambling to procure essential items such as food and clothing, all the while dealing with her postponed wedding.

For many essential workers, the first stop is the bus stop. But with a daughter at home and a mother in a nursing home who depend on her, Tiffany struggles to make time for both work and family.

Jessica Vacarro has been running the Animal Rescue New Orleans Shelter for the past four years. Now, she is working harder than ever to save animals in need as the number of abandoned and neglected pets rises due to the pandemic. But with an old injury flaring up and a lack of finances to pay her rent, Jessica struggles to keep putting the animals before her own well being. Movie enthusiast Andrew Thomas is the proud owner of the Showboat Drive-In Theater in Houston, Texas. But with no new film releases planned during this time of Covid, he has decided to give back to his community by hosting high school graduations at his drive-in. As CEO and founder of RV for Camp Fire, Woody Faircloth's mission is to help those in need. When wildfires ravaged California two years ago, he came to the rescue by providing RV's to families who lost their homes. Now, Woody along with his 7 year old daughter have started donating RV's to healthcare professionals in order to give them a safe place to quarantine away from their loved ones.

Reverend Andy Bales runs the Union Rescue Mission in LA, one of the largest homeless shelter missions in the US. As the virus keeps spreading, Reverend Andy scrambles to respond to the growing number of people who need his help. Despite having heart disease, kidney disease, and type 1 diabetes, he remains on the frontlines, serving the brothers and sisters of his community, even if it means putting his own health at risk. Truck Operator Serita Lockley is working harder than ever now in order to deliver essential items to retirement homes and stores. After taking out loans and deferring payments so that she can keep her employees on payroll, Serita keeps on trucking. But with her father's health declining, Serita can't help but be concerned about their well-being.

Burnell Cotlon helped rebuild the lower 9th ward community after Hurricane Katrina, and now he serves his neighborhood again by keeping his grocery store open since it's the only one within a 5 mile radius. After overcoming being homeless herself, Athena Hayley puts her health at risk everyday by continuing to feed the Skid Row homeless community.
