Watch Xingu

This 2014 Brazilian drama film was directed by Cao Hamburger and stars, João Miguel, Felipe Camargo and Caio Blat. The film was exceedinly well recieved upon it's release, especially by movie critics and earned two different marks of distinction in the form of the 2012 Prêmio Contigo Cinema award for best cinematography and the Berlin Film Fest Audience Choice award for best fiction film of the year.

The plot of the film takes place in the 1940s where three brothers decided to venture into the mysterious Xingu rainforest. On their adventure they meet the various tribes that inhabit the region and come to learn things they had never expected to about themselves.
