The plot of the film is set in motion when a man named Hector whom lives in a isolated cabin in the woods with his wife sees a woman in the woods behind their house undressing. His wife shortly informs him that he is leaving and he heads out to see who the strange woman is and why she's undressing as if she wanted him to see. He is promptly attacked by a strange man with a bandaged head and finds a scientist who sends him an hour back in time to prevent himself from creating a mistake that leads to deadly consequences.
