In the movie, the Care Bears help a young boy Paul, who is a computer whiz. When a bully starts picking on him, he wants to get even. Professor Coldheart sees the situation and captures Paul. He tricks him in fixing the Careless Ray and gets it working. The Care Bears find Paul and stop Professor Coldheart before he uses the Careless Ray on the world.
