Watch Seance

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, when the creaky Kafkaesque dormitory is all but abandoned, the haunting ghost of a murdered child materializes to four college students. Once the reality of the ghostly presence sinks in the students organize a seance to communicate with the little girl's spirit. But the spirit world is crowded and the seance succeeds only in itting terror into the lives of the students.

Instead of raising the spirit of a tragically murdered child the seance opens the gate to it the child's murderer, out to destroy the bodies and minds of the students. He introduces himself in an act of violence. He can be seen only in the dark.

The pace is fast, chock full sound and fury. There is a lot of classic creepy atmosphere, paying its respects to classic scary movies of the past. It's a horror movie, a crime suspense movie, and an adventure movie rolled into one.

Seance is a 2006 horror movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 28 minutes. It has received mostly poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 4.3.
