Dan, a government system contractor, has to come in on his off-day, which gets harder as he finds mounting technical issues and realizes his position may be in jeopardy due to cutbacks. Fearing unemployment, Dan avoids more contract work and pursues the holy grail of "a government job," leading him to an ethical dilemma where he and co-worker Randy engage in questionable activities.
