Rosalie Goes Shopping is a comedy movie. It is about a woman who loves to shop a little too much. Rosalie lives for shopping. Her life is filled with the need to buy gifts for others. This is her hobby and her fulfillment in life. All is wonderful until she is out of money to shop. She resorts to stealing from relatives to get her fix. She then buys her daughter a computer and discovers the online world.

The focus of this movie is an obsession with shopping. Rosalie has gone through all her money and credit and now must resort to going online to keep up her habit.
