Now that John Cable is dead, Murphy feels more alone than ever. However, when Cable is resurrected as a newer and more powerful model of Cyborg Policeman and is sent after Murphy, deemed by the new head of O as a dangerous liability, he finds himself fighting battles on two fronts.
