This light film from 1984 was filmed while the Brat Pack was in it's heyday. It tells the tale of a young man who falls in love with a noble woman from England. Determined to win her heart, he raise money to travel abroad through gambling in Las Vegas. When he arrives in England, he is determined to win the young woman's heart by enrolling at the prestigious Oxford University, where a series of mishaps threatens to derail his campaign to win the object of his affections love.
