La Rafle, also known as ‘The Round Up’ in the USA, is a French war drama set in the WW2. It is based on actual events that happened to Jews during 1942 in occupied . Joseph Weisman is a 11-year old Jew who has been rounded up and send to the camp together with his family. The camp horrible living environment makes many kids sick, but the worse thing is when their parents are sent to other camps. Kids are promised that they will re them, but Joseph does not believe it. He and his friend Pavel decide to take a chance and try to run away from the camp.
