Watch Jar City

Jar City is a 2007 drama filmed on location in Iceland. There are many beautiful shots of the local scenery throughout. It chronicles the life of a cop that has seen everything and heard it all. He believes the recent murder of an elderly person is connected to a rape that took place three decades ago. Along with his investigative team, the detective tries to place all the parts of the puzzle in place. But a lot of intriguing and unfortunate events take place in the process. An overall feeling of unhappiness is shown through the many characters in their interactions.
