This film examines the life of a French detective that has lost his lust for life after losing his family in a very tragic accident. His wife and child died a horrible death and the detective has never been able to get over it. However, things are about to change after a horrible tragedy hits the community, the likes of which haven't been seen in a long time. A beautiful 11-year-old girl has just been brutally raped by a group of vicious men. After raping the little girl they decided to have more fun by killing her. The detective has just given himself the task of bringing down these vicious men.
