A school basketball team is in deep trouble and they need help from someone who really knows what they are doing. The principal of the school sees an Olympic gold medalist is searching for a position and the principal does not think twice about hiring Randy Rawlings. It is not until Rawlings shows up for the first day of work that the principal realizes that it is a woman, not a man, who he has hired. Unfortunately, the principal cannot fire her, even though he hates the idea of a woman running anything. He promptly attempts to purposely make the team lose so he can fire her for not performing well.
