Watch Chicago Boricua

Boricua is a drama film that was released in 2004. The film involves a group of three Puerto Ricans who all live in the same Chicago neighborhood. The three persons all attempt to accomplish their own personal dreams. This includes winning a beauty pageant, starting a real estate business, and dating a drug dealer. Each one of the women’s dream come to a head as they quickly become victim of the violence that permeates their surroundings. This puts both them and their families in danger. Boricua was written and directed by Marisol Torres. The film features Mariluz Adler, Christian S. Anderson, and Sofía Arroyo.
