The penultimate in a series of four films featuring Astrid, which document her in different constructed spaces over the ages of seven to ten. A 16mm film that documents an ambiguous place and set of events, where color plays as much the leading role as the nine year old protagonist. Here Astrid acts as the artist's fictional younger self, animating objects and choreographing the director around the five "chapters" of the set. The piano recital is also performed by young Astrid, her audible mistakes echoing the stop-start cuts in the amateur camerawork.
