Watch Career Girl

Joan Terry, a young woman with the same dreams as many girls, has decided to leave her small town atmosphere in order to travel to New York. Her goal is to become an actress, but finding a job is much harder than she thought it would be. She rents a room at a boarding house where other young actress hopefuls are staying. They are very ive of each other, but no one can land the job they so want. They decide to band together in order to reach their dreams and choose the most talented girl to be the first to get a job and then help the others get in. It all may backfire if Joan’s boyfriend has anything to do with it.
