This is a sci-fi adventure movie. Someone is kidnapping engineers to take over the world. The Mu used to inhabit the surface of the Earth. Over 10,000 years ago they were driven off and have plotted their revenge since. They are now ready and have begun their war with humans. They started by kidnapping a pair of engineers and moved on to try to kidnap officials.

The world needs a hero in this story. Jinguji is the person sought for this role. If he does not help defeat the Mu, then the world of humans will cease to exist.
