This deeply disturbing motion picture takes a look into the life of one of the most controversial serial killers in the history of the United States. Committing most of his crimes during the Great Depression years of this country, Fish is seen by many as the lowest any individual could ever get. His gruesome desires led to the tragic death of many children over the course of his actions. Portrayed in the film is Fish's interpretations of biblical tales, and how based on those tales he would abduct children, torture and molest them, and eventually kill them. The film presents a horrific and tragic interpretation of the life of a deranged killer.
